Asco Numatics

As a part of the Emerson Group, Asco Numatics engaged us to analyse their current website assets. This included organising a focus group with their stakeholders (sales team, admin team, distributors, end customers), sending out and analysing online surveys, reviewing the analytics, interviewing individual stakeholders whilst they were actively engaging in pre-set task to find things on the web. We delivered a thorough report which benefited them considerably, drove where their website development was heading (although it challenged their initial thoughts), and helped them with their online user experience.
